By accessing and using the services of RSSJihad, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our services.
RSSJihad offers strategic consulting, operational auditing, and training services in financial restructuring, defensive budget control, and predictive business continuity models. Services are provided as agreed in the contract signed between the parties. We do not guarantee specific results, as these depend on external factors and implementation by the client.
The client agrees to provide truthful, complete, and timely information for the proper execution of the services. They are responsible for implementing the recommendations issued and for maintaining the confidentiality of data shared during the process. RSSJihad is not responsible for decisions made without following the agreed guidelines.
All delivered material, including reports, predictive models, methodologies, and audit documents, is the property of RSSJihad, unless otherwise agreed. The client receives a license for internal use and may not redistribute, modify, or commercialize such materials without express written authorization.
RSSJihad shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss arising from the use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the last six months.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information exchanged during the provision of services, unless required by law. This obligation remains even after the contractual relationship ends.
RSSJihad reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Either party may terminate the contract with 15 days' notice, without prejudice to services already rendered.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the province of Hermanas Mirabal.
